Radian Points - Terms and Conditions

2. Services and Scope of Work
2.1 Radian Points provides digital marketing services, including but not limited to SEO, social media marketing, content creation, email marketing, and advertising campaigns.
2.2 The scope of work will be detailed in the service agreement or project proposal, outlining the services to be provided, timelines, and payment terms.
3. Client Responsibilities
3.1 The client agrees to provide Radian Points with all necessary access, materials, and information required to perform the digital marketing services.
3.2 The client is responsible for ensuring that all content and materials provided to Radian Points do not infringe upon any third-party rights, including copyright, trademarks, or privacy.
4. Payment Terms
4.1 Payment for services will be outlined in the service agreement or project proposal. Payment terms may include upfront fees, monthly retainers, or project-based payments.
4.2 Invoices are payable within the specified timeframe from the date of issuance. Failure to make timely payments may result in the suspension or termination of services.
5. Intellectual Property
5.1 Any intellectual property developed or created by Radian Points during the course of providing services shall remain the property of Radian Points, unless otherwise specified in the service agreement.
5.2 The client retains ownership of any pre-existing intellectual property provided to Radian Points for use in the digital marketing services.
6. Confidentiality
6.1 Both parties agree to keep all non-public information received during the engagement confidential and not disclose it to any third party, except as required by law.
7. Termination
7.1 Either party may terminate the service agreement with a written notice if the other party breaches any material term of the agreement and fails to remedy the breach within a specified timeframe.
7.2 Upon termination, the client will pay for all services rendered and expenses incurred up to the termination date.
8. Limitation of Liability
8.1 Radian Points will not be liable for any indirect, incidental, special, or consequential damages arising from the provision of services.
9. Governing Law and Jurisdiction
9.1 These terms and conditions shall be governed by the laws of the service providing country. Any dispute arising under or in connection with these terms shall be subject to the exclusive jurisdiction of the courts in places accordingly.
10. Amendments
10.1 Radian Points reserves the right to modify these terms and conditions at any time. The updated version will be posted on our website and will be effective immediately upon posting.
